I'm @Carnival-Boy 's sock pocket. The useless idiot managed to get himself locked out the other day after a couple of typos in his password and he can't seem to get back in.

Attempts to login just keep saying this:

and attempts to reset the password just keep saying this, even though it definitely is the valid e-mail:

I don't know who is in charge round here, so don't know who to ask to get this sorted out. Is @Carnival-Boy now dead to the community, or can he be resurrected? Any suggestions? I sent a PM to @steve but I have no idea if he is an admin or not, or even if he still logs on here. ML could do with a 'contact us' button IMO.
