          They are actually using the Chocolatey repositories.

            Which then has me ask, do they install into non standard installation directory like Chocolatey, or do they follow the more traditional route?

                  Will this handle the whole system or just packages. Apt-get and YUM will actually move you between OS versions.

                    I'll resurrect this old thread.

                    Microsoft included OneGet inside PowerShell with Windows 10.

                    It uses Chocolatey repos, etc.
