Password Recovery Function

I'm a bit embarrassed to mention this, but has anyone else had issues getting the password recovery feature to work? It's telling me I have an invalid email address. For now, my saved password is working on my primary device, but it would be cool to be able to log in on a different device. Admittedly, I wasn't entirely awake when I created this account, and didn't jot down the password.
Is it stored on Chrome or Firefox? You can look up your stored passwords there.
-
It's IE, and I don't store form data anyway. Shouldn't the password recovery feature just work?
-
I just IM'd you the email address that you used to sign up. Is that one correct?
-
Should. I've not tried it but I know that the email features are nascent. I know that some people have gotten email but I've heard of a few people have troubles too.

Yes, it is.

I just tested it and am seeing the issue too. I will raise this with the developers.

Well, at least not in this case!

I recently had a near-miss with my password. What should someone do until a fix gets put in place? Is there a support email address?
-
LastPass is my friend.
-
Or KeePass, the open source equivalent.

I've been using LastPass for so many years now that I can't recall how much money I've given them. Thinking harder, I would say 4 years or more ago as that is when I got my first smart phone and I wanted the premium feature to use it there. I used it for 2 years or more free prior to that.

I started my pay use last year. I'm more than happy to give them my money considering the hosting they provide to make things SUPER simple.

Nara, are you still with us?

Uh oh. Lost password?

If she did, I don't think she'd be able to reply to that question.
-
Sorry for the delay, we finally got all of the latest patches into the system and the password recovery function is now working!
-
I'm back! Thanks for fixing that.
