I don't do politics. You threaten me, all bets are off. Are we waiting for NK to have an "accident" or to actually hit somebody before somebody actually responds? (Sorry, sanctions aren't going to do diddlly squat to somebody like Kim Jong.)

Isn't China protecting North Korea? If so, that would be the issue.

Isn't China protecting North Korea? If so, that would be the issue.
Part of it. But really the larger issue is how much of a problem will North Korean artillery be to Seoul. The city proper is out of range of most, but certainly not all artillery.
So of the units that CAN hit Seoul it will depend on what they use in them.This is the best article I have read on the subject recently and it backs up a 2010 article I read that also said only a relative few units can reach Seoul.
