It only punishes them if they don't decriminalize, they don't need to legalize. Quite different things. Booker is a powerhouse politician, this might actually make some noise.

As much as I'm completely against publishing c smoking because there is no way to keep your smoke away free m me as I walk by, I am totally for the legalization of bud. It just need to be treated like alcohol. You drive high, busted. You operate heavy machinery, busted.

Yes, nothing should be unique to marijuana. If other laws don't cover it, something is seriously wrong.
