The really cool thing about this one is that the spy satellite was only gong to LEO. So the first stage had ground camera coverage the entire time. Launch to landing. I had never watched that before.

How often will they really need to ticket them? I know there will be exceptions but in reality they will be able to follow all rules of the road and innovate new rules/laws.
