                                  Not sure what to say. Nashville is trying to fix past mistakes and the changes are being actively resisted by the incumbent ISPs.

                                          Either way... why do we care if you didn't negotiate your contract correctly? That's the ISPs problem not the public's that they are trying to screw over.
