Panama Reduce Ship Size for Canal

Due to drought conditions in Panama resulting in low lake levels, full draft (Panamax) ships are being restricted starting September 8th (allowing ships currently en route to still go through the canal) with additional restrictions coming on September 16th if conditions have not improved by that time. This can greatly impact global logistics.
