Not in a rush, just trying to figure this out. I tried to go the resource/room calendar route as well... that hasn't worked either... beginning to think I'm doing something incorrectly.

How did you create the calendar.. via powershell or in Outlook?

The person I am helping created it in Outlook.

I have had delay to service issues with Office 365 in that you turn on a feature and it takes time to get all the permissions applied.
Other times I have just simply deleted and recreated the calendar a new and it worked. Then as you mentioned you might consider a room mailbox...

This has been going on since ~2:00pm EST yesterday afternoon. I was finally able to delve into this morning.
I just created a room mailbox and that took 20 minutes to apply myself with full access (even by using powershell commands) then another 10 minutes to add myself as an owner to the calendar so I could add the other users. I've added them and they still aren't able to connect so I will let you know in another 10 minutes if that room calendar resolves the issue.

ok let us know

Nope, still nothing. Now I am getting this error. All users are Owners of the calendar.
I will give it a bit more time and see if it resolves itself.

Just an update. I logged into one of the user's machines remotely and was able to access and update the room resource from Outlook. So now I have to figure out why OWA isn't working. It may be the way I logged into it?

Well that's odd. I usually have problems with Outlook and OWA works fine. I would clear the browser and if that doesn't work just open a ticket.

Same, I tried in a few different browsers. I am fairly certain it was the way I logged into those accounts (via the fullaccess command from powershell) that caused it. I am going to work with the other users to see if they can access it.
Oddly, the original shared calendar still doesn't work.
