I can't tell you why, but all of a sudden my wireless Logitech keyboard and and mouse combo (K360 & M525) just aren't working well at all. The keyboard has been having problems just not typing keys for months. It was fairly sporadic so while frustrating, I didn't spend any time fixing it, but as of a few days ago they both have become unusable.

      Solutions tried:
I had a spare Logitech USB dongle, so I swapped it out, re-associated as needed, worked for about an hour.
I replaced the keyboard with a wired one, the mouse worked for the rest of the day
The following day the mouse started having issues again, I left the USB dongle in, plugged in a wired mouse. Wired mouse worked OK for the rest of the day.

Now every morning neither mouse works well until I unplug the associated USB connection (wired or dongle) after which it works fine overall until the next morning.

I have updated to the latest HP BIOS L01 V2.33 7/15/2014
and the latest chipset drivers 9.4.0.1027 REV. A 24 Feb 2014
      This didn't make a difference.

      Thoughts?

Stupid question, but have you changed the batteries. Every time I've ever had sporadic typing or movement, it just meant the batteries were getting weak.

Have you checked to see if there are any USB errors in device manager, I saw that when I experienced something like your problem.

Are you rebooting night to night?

Is the dongle plugged into the front or the back of the computer?

The reason I ask is that I've seen where, if the dongle is physically blocked by an object, the connection weakens and you get intermittent typing and sketchy mouse use.

I've had it in both the front and the back.

Mind you, a month ago it worked more or less great, just in the past week, the Mouse has gone crazy unusable, and the keyboard from annoying to unusable.

Odd question. Have you deployed any other wireless Logitech products in your office in that time?

Ok, so no signal conflict. This is quite perplexing.
