How to backup emails on zoho?

Is there a good way to backup emails on zoho? Unattended of course.
I assume the customer's data is the responsibility of the customer and not zoho's.

From what I can understand, they are not unattended backups that you could actually use for backup.
They are backups that you initiate from the webinterface and have to manually download from the web interface. So more like exports.

Maybe backup over imap4 is the right solution.
Otherwise I would expect zoho to have something like an automatic backup that would generate a compressed and perhaps encrypted archive that can be downloaded over sftp or something like that. Or moved to some cloud storage.

What about archiving instead of backup? MailStore is good
