Virt-manager: copy the config to a laptop
-
Let's say you have virt-manager running on your desktop, "remotely" managing a few host servers.
How can you copy the config's (not the vm config's) to a laptop or second machine?
-
/etc/libvirt

I’m not sure yet. I’m still searching for any settings that I’ve changed.

From what I can tell, none of conf files in
/etc/libvirt
needs to be backed up unless you modified them.In
/etc/libvirt/qemu
and/etc/libvirt/storage
, I do see files that are created when creating VMs, networks and storage. -
So what's the verdict?
