Just ran through this again as moved from a CentOS install to Fedora and only just noticed it pulls down Version 3.0.15?
Current Version is 3.4.8. Does the script need changing or how do we update to the latest?

Well that is what is in the repos. So that would be a question for Zabbix or the Fedora
updates

Zabbix does not provide a Fedora specific rpm
http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/3.4/
Assuming the RHEL repo will work. But have not tried.
And 3.5 is on the repo server. I assume it is not "release" quality yet.

3.0.15 is Zabbix 3.0 LTS version.
https://www.zabbix.com/download?zabbix=3.0&os_distribution=centos&os_version=7&db=MySQLEdit: You will have to manually install the new version.
