Solved Sodium Helpdesk: Track Opening Action

When looking at a ticket currently, I cannot discern who opened the ticket. In theory, this could either be simply part of the ticket summary view or it could be the very top line of the timeline view "Ticket #7 'Test' Was Opened by So and So at 3:15PM". Currently, when looking at a new ticket, I can't tell who created it. I know to whom it is assigned and who the contact person is for the ticket, but if I need more info about the ticket, I don't know who put it in. The contact person perhaps, but there is no way to know and very often tickets are put in by techs but have a different customer contact person.

@scottalanmiller I just pushed a release just about 3 minutes ago that as soon as it gets rolled out will address this. We'll track who opened the ticket and it will display in the ticket information section.
