      If you are a windows shop with RRAS and you have OSX endpoints, prepare for Doom!

        You should have stopped using pptp a decade ago.

          I know of nobody who would consider using PPTP with anything... RRAS or anything else.

          If you are a Windows shop, you should be using SSTP, and IKEv2 as secondary.

          SSTP is now available for Linux and OS X.

            I like OpenVPN the most... my only issue with that is it requires 3rd party software.

              RRAS was "never use PPTP" with Windows 2000. It's only an issue for shops set up before 1999.
