Each site above will need mulitple techs and start times cannot be changed.

Pay Rate:
Lead-$100 flat rate (4 hours or less of work)
Specialist- $75 flat rate (3 hours or less of work)

Scope Of Work: Client has requested we provide Senior level support technicians to their branches across the country for a printer refresh.

Lead Responsibilities:
Manage expectations with site contact
Manage team, issues and escalations
Release specialist as the work decreases once printer starts configuration and trash is removed.
Ensure old assets are properly prepared for disposal shipment

Specialist Responsibilities:
Follow lead instructions
Break down printer boxes
Ensure old assets are properly prepared for disposal shipment

Skillset:
Must pass a criminal background check in order to qualify for this project
A+, Net+, or MCTS or equivalent classroom training and 3 years related industry experience or minimum of 3-5 years minimum related industry experience
Pass training materials
Able to lift 50lbs
Be onsite on time
Has their own transportation to and from sites
Standard technician tool kit. (screw driver, flashlight)
Smart phone (take pictures as directed)
