Does anyone have RSAT running inside WINE on any of these?
I don't believe this will ever work. RSAT uses some specific Windows elements that WINE can't/won't emulate for various reasons. On the other hand most Linux admins managing window will either user ps remoting, rdp, or a devops style tool.
