KDE neon modem detected Internet not working

I am using iBall Airway modem to connect internet in my laptop.The modem is detected by installing wvdialconf but the ping Google gives an error as unknown host.I have provided DNS 8.8.8.8 in /etc/hosts and /etc/resolved.conf but the ping of 8.8.8.8 is working but internet not working.Kindly help me?

If you do an nslookup of something, what do you get?
