OpenDNS, Now Part of Cisco

So I get that OpenDNS was bought by Cisco. But from what I can tell, they've also renamed the company to actually be "OpenDNS, Now Part of Cisco." Notice that they don't put a comma after the "now part of Cisco" which tells us that either three are two entities, one called "OpenDNS, now part of Cisco" and one called "Forrester" are being talked about; or it tells us that there are three with one called "OpenDNS", one called "now part of Cisco" and one called "Forrester" are involved. The sound when speaking allowed is that "now part of Cisco" should be a comment or description, but is written as though it is part of the proper name. That could just be a typo, of course, but everywhere else that the name OpenDNS appears it is carefully also written as "OpenDNS, now part of Cisco" as thought that is its proper name.
Seems like a weird name to use and isn't copied on their website like that. There they make it clearly a description "OpenDNS is NOW a part of CIsco." Probably just weird email copy with poor proofing. But it caught my eye that it looked in multiple places like it was their new brand approach.

Actually, given the comma placement it means that OpenDNS is now part of both Cisco and an entity called Forrester on Ransomware. This is a very confusing line.
