Do not speak negative opinions about your employer. Speak facts. Let them draw their own conclusions. If they're smart, they'll realize you're in a bad situation. However, if you bad mouth your current employer, it makes you look bad, not your employer.
As far as questions, do you have a job description you can post?

Answer questions they ask. Demonstrate you are a hard worker and willing to learn. You will need to heavily show you are willing to learn, with your lack of experience and lack of working knowledge in the field - they want be hiring you for that. They would be hiring you has an employee they can keep around and train and have as an asset for many years to come. Don't be afraid to tell them you don't know something, make that into a positive that you are willing to learn.

When talking about why you want to move, talk about seeking a mentor, opportunity to grow, chances to learn and to prove yourself. Turn "negatives" about the old job into "positives" about the new one.

This times 1000! Most employers don't hire people at your level for their knowledge. They hire based on attitude. They aren't looking for someone to come in thinking they know everything. They are looking for someone they can shape and mold to what their needs are. Show them you can be that and that you are eager to better yourself, and you'll do fine.

That's no good. Did you call them to let them know you'd been in an accident? Don't just not show up without an explanation. I'm sure they'd let you reschedule.

Hope your okay!!!!
Also be polite, smile, act interested in what they are saying. Before you go research the company so you can tell them why your a good fit and if they ask questions about the company you can answer them without guessing.
