Elastix iax2 UNREACHABLE.

Hi All,
We have configured iax2 trunk between sites under VPN. It was working fine and now we are facing issue for one site .The aix2 peer shows unreachable but able to ping to the destination. All other sites are OK .
Some times we are having this issue and it was related to the ISP latency to that site, But this time the latency is fine but UNREACHABLE .Firewall rules are allow all to that PBX Server . We checked the latency and its around 265 ms

That's a pretty high latency. is other traffic working fine across the VPN?

Thanks for the support.
restarted the asterisk service of remote PBX which solved the issue.
Execute the command "core restart now" from PBX > Tools > Asterisk-Cli
