SFC Scan Error in Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit with SP1

Hi All,
Good Evening.I am having issue in sfc scan at Windows 7 Professional.How to solve the below mentioned error?I have tried to repair the OS but repair option was not present in the Os.Any other way is there for resolving the issue.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.

What does the log say?

Try Spinrite from grc.com. It's not free but it is a very good harddrive repairing utility.

@lance I will try this method also.I have tried to solve the issue by going to microsoft website but it does not resolved.
