Hi, guys. I'm Andy and I live in Austin, TX. I just joined Quixotic Software as Principle Engineer on the QDesk team. I've been a software engineer for 15 years and I can't wait to bring my skills and experience to this exciting new project. I'll also be sharing our progress and seeking input from the community to make QDesk the best help desk software out there.

Would you be able to create a new post (maybe in the self promotion section) about what QDesk is/does? I like to hear about other peoples companies.

I'm @Carnival-Boy 's sock pocket. The useless idiot managed to get himself locked out the other day after a couple of typos in his password and he can't seem to get back in.

Attempts to login just keep saying this:

and attempts to reset the password just keep saying this, even though it definitely is the valid e-mail:

I don't know who is in charge round here, so don't know who to ask to get this sorted out. Is @Carnival-Boy now dead to the community, or can he be resurrected? Any suggestions? I sent a PM to @steve but I have no idea if he is an admin or not, or even if he still logs on here. ML could do with a 'contact us' button IMO.
