Nice. Love the four eggs. Those over easy with 5 pads of butter to line the pan? Now that would be American! 🙂
I can't really eat breakfast except for Sat and Sun before lawn work and such.

          Mid morning
          1.5 cups cottage cheese
          100 g raspberrys

          Lunch
          6 oz steak
          6 oz veg
          2 oz rye bread

          Mid afternoon
          5 oz salmon
          9 triscuits
          2 oz guacamole

          Dinner
          6 oz chicken
          2 oz rice
          6 oz veg
          2 oz bread product

Seems like they are balanced meals throughout the day. I don't really eat until dinner around 5:00.

Here is my basic M-F along with some Sat's.
          Morning till 12:30
          1.5 pots of coffee

          1:00 p.m.
A Coke or water (one Fast Food $1 or $1.5 hamburger 0-2 times per week)

          5:00 Dinner
Tonight - Good Old American Pre-Processed frozen meal Whoohoo

Then small multi-snacks throughout the night till 9.

Luckily, I don't eat those types of dinners much anymore but I sure do know how to cook some good HIGH calorie shit.

All that cheese early on... You wouldn't want to be around me by afternoon.

I don't think they are looking at the menus long enough. Heck, chicken, meat with some type of butter/cheese/olive oil sauce will bump up the unhealthy meter rather quickly.

They dont eat chicken, only turkey (unless it is McDonald's chicken nuggets.) Yes... that picky. And I don't think that they eat olive oil. They don't like mayo, at least, but they love miracle whip.

They asked for actual Italian for dinner, well one of them did. So let's see what happens.

Stromboli is American and i barely ever see it in the US and have never seen it outside of it. It is similar to a calzone.

I see it all the time here in the Southeast. There's at least 3 places to get one here in town... and Surprisingly, none of them are pizza joints, lol.
