MAX RemoteManagement Take Control unable to connect
-
I have a client that shows in my MAX RM dashboard and I have previously connected via Take control. Today I get: unable to connect A connection could not be established. teamviewer not running on partner computer. I had someone there reboot the W8.1.u1 PC but I don't think they logged into the desktop.
Is there anyway to resend take control via the dashboard?

@technobabble We actually had the same thing happen yesterday on a machine. I have reached out to support as we can't solve this one either. I will let you know what they say!

Thanks for jumping in here quickly...I appreciate it. Do you think if I edit the machine in Max remotemanagement and turn off Take Control and then save ...then turn it back on...would that do anything?

We tried that and that did nothing (though I think it has worked in the past).

Also locked up when I launched the events log. Not sure if this is normal for Join.me but it sucked.
