Well this may be true, but I have had so much caffeine in my system for so long, I am not sure what I would be like without it. High school in the late 80's was about dropping vivarin in a Jolt Cola in the morning. Post high school, the 90's was copious amounts of Mt. Dew. In the 00's i dropped soda from my daily life unless I am out someplace, but started Green Tea and Coffee. Now, I am just Coffee and water.
It'll be 4 weeks tomorrow that I've had no caffeine. I was an addict for 15 years so literally 75% of my life. Started on soda at no later than 5 and never stopped. Parents used to get 14 2 Liters from Wal-mart and my brother and I would at times finish all of them in less than a week. I've downed a 3L in a day by myself. Didn't think I could do it but boy am I glad I did.

For me, the duration of the sleep matters very little compared to how I sleep. Now that I've dropped caffeine, as long as I get 3-4 hours, I'm golden. I enjoy more but 4 hours is really about all I need right now. I got just over 2 last night and was dragging some in the morning but after 11 or so (AM) I was rearing and ready to go!

Once I hit Mace that's what I'm going to do. I wanted to hit PC but with everything going on like it has been, I'm going to hit my original mark and bow out.
