No, employees who exists only to talk to the customer so that the customer doesn't interrupt the techs. Just there to keep customers with too much spare time themselves from using the techs as someone to chat with all day.

That said, that one's more interesting to me than most. Are they basing it off of any particular game in the series?

That stuff IS the Witcher series. Apart form the great characters and some good quests.

Of course it is. Even on easy it was challenging at times, I'm kinda scarred of what will become of me if any game studio ever get all the physics correct!

Are they basing them on the games or the original novels by Andrzej Sapkowski? Perhaps a bit of a mix...
