I am always interested in learning more about how different helpdesk solutions are tackling common ticketing and service tracking problems. It is an area in which I am very interested in general. For some reason I am naturally drawn to ticketing as a concept.

I am just not able to find any pricing information, though. No idea what this might cost. It is a British company and does not appear to have any US operations.
