Solved Sodium Helpdesk: Attachments in Ticket Creation

A common task in opening a new ticket is to have an attachment (probably from the customer) with details for the ticket. Currently there is no way to attach files while opening a ticket, only later in the notes. But some collateral should be part of the ticket description, not added later. There should be a way to attach at ticket creation time.

Managed to get to this one this morning. Waiting on it to be rolled out and to then test that it works like it does in Dev. I'll make sure to update this thread if successful :).

@scottalanmiller NIce! Some other helpdesk don't have that option but it would be great because the good ones do
