They typically just contract it out, but yes, it depends on how badly the client wants to pay to find someone locally when NTG doesn't already have someone right there.

It's surprisingly not expensive in most cases. Local talent comes at its own cost by not having the same work density.

So now that I am thoroughly disgusted get me a real list and hourly rate etc. Cause I doubt you can afford a Scott/mini-me. That type of person makes at least $150K a year (at least).
