Red Hat is the primary requirement with MCSA and CCNA as preferred. Possible for multi-position in the future?
It's system administration position.Title, not likely position. Why would anyone care at all if a real system admin had CCNA? That it's a multi-OS SA, okay, that happens (but is generally pretty inefficient), but CCNA... no way is it an SA job. It's a standard generalist, they are just putting a title on there to make it sound appealing to someone interested in an enterprise job. Guaranteed.
I am watching some red hat videos on youtube... and I want to know if Red Hat RHSA is highly valued for linux, or something mid-range linux certification? Compared to A+, MCP, MCSA, and MCSE... where would RHSA equivalent as?
It's the MCSA of the Linux world.
if RHSA is = MCSA, is the Linux+ = A+?

Linux+ is the Linux+, lol. A+ isn't IT, not sure what comparison there is to be made.

Is Linux+ worth going after for Red Hat Server Administration?

If we are comparing MS and RH...

It's not worth going after for anything.

In reality, Linux certs are not very valuable. The certs themselves are not bad, at least from RH. It's a decent cert process now that they made some major changes (it was quite the joke for a while.) But the whole "world is driven by certs" thing is very much a Microsoft / Cisco thing and few other IT arenas have it at all. The Linux world cares very little about certs as a general thing. Are they bad, no. But are any "worth the cost", often no. Linux tends to be a skill based job market, not a cert based one.

It's nice to use as an education path. I am currently studying the cert book for RHCSA/RHCE.

Just to add to some confusion, there's a Linux MCSA too lol.

This. I think for someone that doesn't have to use Linux on a day to day basis getting a cert delineates foundational knowledge and skills that has to be learned.
