We have a Windows Server 2016 AD server (2008R2 forest/domain level) with NPS/RADIUS role installed. We have a security group called Laptops with, as you might guess, laptops in that security group. RADIUS is pointing to the Laptops security group. Any body inside that security group is allowed on the wifi. We also have just purchased Cisco Meraki cloud-based WAPs to manage the wifi.

The problem that we are having is getting the laptop on the wifi through the meraki's. They begin to authenticate, but are asked for user credentials instead of logging right into the wifi.

Does anybody have any helpful suggestions?

Are user accounts or computer accounts in the Laptops Security Group?

Check your network policy. It should look like this:

and on the Meraki side, you chose WPA2 Enterprise, correct?

Definitely WPA2 on the Meraki. I'll check my conditions though. Thanks for the tip.
