You can likely switch them to it and see if they actually notice. Don't announce it. Likely they can't tell.

We are down to just one user who is getting delayed / no emails...the one with 35,000+ in the inbox alone...it is still syncing...everyone else is FINALLY fully synced. He is still grumbling about OWA but to put it nicely, he should have organized his inbox more through the years...

I want to give a BIG Thank You to everyone in this thread who helped me make this a smashing success (unless something is waiting to creep up on us.) Beyond the long sync time for a few users, no major issues at all. A few people still had the old IMAP/POP3 account on their phone and it would occasionally bounce off it and not get sent but nothing major for sure...
I couldn't have done it with out everyone and I am very grateful.
I only have one issue left and that is duplicate calendar reminders...got a user who is getting them and cannot figure out why...he only has one calendar attached to his profile...I tried outlook /cleanreminders and it didn't help...suggestions?

Did you try deleting the user's Outlook profile reboot and re setup?

Yes, it sure was...I've purposely did not deleted their old PST to give it several months and even then, I may archive them. They may not even realize they are missing emails until months later.
Had someone today who said they are missing some folders...will reimport his old PST tonight, and ignoring duplicates and see if that fixes it.
18 of us have the Microsoft Office 365 Plan E1 and haven't really taken advantage of it's features yet. I've used Lync twice with our computer challenged sales people in the field and the desktop sharing/control has been excellent. But no one else has really used Lync yet.

Exchange Online has been excellent...and stable...still haven't done anything with SharePoint ONline but emails has been rockin'...

Well, considering my direct manager said to get all the OTJ training I can get with our Excel/VBA projects, I will make time for SharePoint Online here soon...

Is it easy to transfer your on premise sites to online when you decide to move to O365? I've read a lot about Exchange migration, but nothing about Sharepoint migration. -

The main thing is understanding Exchange Online Licensing vs Exchange Licensing.

I was asking about Sharepoint @IRJ, not Exchange.
How easy is it to migrate on premise Sharepoint sites to O365?

Sharepoint is, in my experience, a lot more complex. Exchange handles email, it is more straightforward. Sharepoint handles so many things. It is not nearly as clear cut.
