These were a huge success:

Even the almost 15-year-old said that they are delicious and she couldn't tell there was anything different about them. I am a HUGE fan of almond flour now.

Can I like this more than once! Thank you for being my test kitchen!

I have no gluten restrictions. If they are yummy though, I know some friends who I could use this recipe for. Thanks!

Neither do we, we are just trying to eliminate GMO foods, and reduce gluten consumption, and it's very hard to get truly non-GMO wheat.
-
Just tried them and they are really good!
-
I'll have to give the recipe a shot

I tried making bread with almond flour and was pretty impressed with the result.
-
It is amazing how well it works.

I am finding all sorts of uses for that and Coconut flour. So much better than Rice flour.

We haven't used coconut flour much, but we do use coconut oil, and our boys can't have dairy so of course Almond milk, soy milk, etc.

I'm only slightly lactose intolerant but to add to my general health I've been cutting back on dairy. Using soy milk almost exclusively now.

New issues in gluten free foods (basically because they have a lot of rice.)....

Yeah if I didn't eat rice and dairy I would starve to death.

Good to see the ancient threads coming back to life.
