Check to see if the email that you sent was delivered.
-
So an email did not go through, but nothing is in the queue? That's really strange. That suggests that the server reached out and sent the email elsewhere.
What is the last ~50 lines in /var/log/maillog

I think that you may need to edit your /etc/hosts file...
Your local IP address and hostname and FQDN to the first line and remove any other references to your host name.
-
example :
192.168.1.2 mail.example.com mailcorrect??

Not totally sure, but might as well. Just reboot.
-
are you trying to send from the Web Mail Interface of any Mail Client like " Outlook and Thunderbird " ?.
-
also try to telnet from any host in your LAN to the zimbra server
telnet server_ip 25
-
after reboot

You are using a different domain than you led us to believe. When did you switch from yourdomain.studio to mail.yourdomain.studio? Those are totally different things.

How did you select it? It would appear that you've set your domain to mail.x.x instead of x.x. Email addresses are very exact things, you can't just be "kinda close." You can, right now, just make a new domain on the server for the correct domain.
-
i did that created new domain (mydomain.studio) and created two email id's and sent email but still am not reciving emails
