Problem Installing Zero Tier in windows 10

I have tried to access ntg lab by using Zero Tier.When I tried to check with the Zerotier in Windows 10 OS.There is blank page is only present.Can anyone help on it.!

Oh, that's all correct. That's a working install

In that little box down at the bottom, next to the word join, you need to enter the network ID and click Join. It is blank because there is no network to show, yet.

Something has issue in accessing the putty session

You are showing as offline, that implies that your firewall is blocking the connection.

You don't have any computer of your own anywhere? That's very tough.
Start with... what access do you have from the office?

If that is behind the firewall, it will have the same problem.
