      If the broken machine is in the same local network as the working machine, then MPLS is not your problem.

          open a command prompt and try pinging the HTTP address that is in the Citrix VDI client

            @Dashrender Ping,Telnet and Tracert are done and there is no issue with that

              ask your VDI people to see what the logs say for this client trying to connect to them.

                    Are you able to access any logs on the server to see if the server is actually seeing the client connect?

                      @dafyre I don't have access to check that.But need to troubleshoot the issue soon.

                        How are you to troubleshoot if you don't have access to the logs?

                            You may need to check with the guys that manage that Citrix server.

                              Access is permission. If you don't have permission to work on the issue, it's not your issue. Just open a ticket or whatever and pass it on to the right people.
