Configure Wifi Device (Cisco Aironet 3700 Series)

I am in need to configure the Cisco Wifi Device for the Guest Internet purpose.
When I connect the device to network,the green light glows continuously and then stable for 5-15 seconds.
Then the Red colour light blinks.How to configure the Wifi Device ?

@Lakshmana What is the model number for the Cisco device? While I probably won't know what's going on, someone who does will need that at a minimum.

@travisdh1 AIR-CAP3702E-D-K9 is the model.I need to configure the device to check with the Guest internet of the machine who tries to connect on it with the laptop.

Just quickly looking at that model's information available online they require a separate controller box that you'd use to actually setup the access points. Have you been able to add the access point to the controller?
