How many people in this community has good tips for other people in eating natural foods?
Because some people in IT don't have time to think of their lunch, breakfast during their work hours.
How many experienced the health issue because of work? -
I often just skip eating.

For me, I basically just eat "whatever is easy." So if ahead of time I only make healthy and good food easy to get to, that is all that I will eat.

This is what my wife did Last month... Find a bunch of recipes for food that you like, that is relatively healthy and doesn't taste like dirt... Then prepare them and stick them in the freezer. Cook one in a crock pot (slow cooker), and then eat on it until it is gone... Then cook the net...
My wife fixed up 30 freezer bags worth of food last month, and we're still eating on them, lol. It saves so much money vs having to eat out. And we don't have to hover over the stove to cook it quite so much. Defrost it, toss it in the crock pot for 4 - 12 hours, and enjoy.

Gotta address snacks too. Make carrots instead of chips or have quick small snacks ready to go that are easier than junk food. Maybe some noodles or veggies. Maybe an apple. Here we eat fruit a lot because it gets delivered to our door mid-morning every day.

My new favorite snack. And pretty healthy for a sweer snack.

Veggies with hummus can be a great snack that is really fast. Have them ready to go so you just go to the fridge and grab them.

I use nitrile gloves... it makes a statement, which is "your equipment is disgusting, I don't dare touch it bare handed".
