      A cyclist shot the 9-year-old Belgian Malinois that escaped from his Powell, Wyo., home because he said he considered the dog a threat. No charges were filed against the cyclist.

          Wegmans: Supermarket Chain Announces New Store to Be Built in Lancaster County, Pa.

          The store, to open in 2018, will anchor The Crossings at Conestoga Creek mixed-use development near Long's Park. Officials said the store would employ about 550 workers when completed.

            Wilkes-Barre Wal-Mart: Gunman Fires Shots in Pennsylvania Store's Parking Lot, Police Say

            Police shot and injured the suspect after he randomly fired a semi-automatic rifle in the parking lot, Pennsylvania State Police said. The suspect is in custody. No other injuries were reported.
