Seems like any continued investment into the ASA would be a bad idea. Either a replacement for it or running something along side of it would make more sense.

Agree. In addition, I have my Hue Lights connected and when I come home at night, I can simply tell Alexa before I turn into my driveway to turn on the lights. Hue has a geo fence that isn't very reliable.

Knowing that this would occur on a weekend in the first or second week of Dec is not the same as a hard date. Assuming that only today are you telling them a hard date of this weekend - then no, you didn't schedule it in whatever window they wanted. Should they have told you that you need to pick a hard date to get this on the schedule, sure, where they required to - probably not.

No, I wouldn't spring it up on them like THAT!! We talked about the dates back in November and I told them it was going to be a weekend in October. Plenty of time if you ask me.

I'm just rooting for the kid. I feel bad it has blown up on him like this.

Thanks. I get the impression that it's almost like a SalesForce for the solar industry, but I could be wrong. Just wanting to see how it handles data...I don't care about the sales part LOL
