Looks find in Chrome - but can move things around (whopps) resetting the browser sets it back. Reset Firefox (54.0.1) reset the page settings and the Submit button is at the bottom now.

Weird ML Issues
Earlier I got a Cloudflare error, now I"m getting a 502 bad gateway (cloudflare-nginx) This is in Chrome
I went over to my Firefox browser, and got right in. Yet my theme didn't load.

Click on the number of upvotes and not either of the arrows. That generally gives the permissions issue.

It is a permissions issue based on User level.
