You forgot the last something.
It felt redundant to me...

A database is the plastic feet under my desktop PC, right?
Wait, you mean the harddrive?
No, you must mean the "modem", right? Wait... now I'm confusing myself... the screen thingy on the desktop is the computer, isn't it?
Had a young client the other day say "Oh, I'll go get you the computer"...and returned with a monitor, and said "Oh, the Harddrive is in there" - pointing to a cupboard with the PC in...like...I guess you're not wrong........but you're certainly not right :')

Good morning everyone. It's only 18 degrees Fahrenheit here today but it is not snowing and is sunny. Hopefully it will warm up soon.
Windows open and sunny here.
Why not Linux? /badjoke

David Attenborough voice "What we are witnessing here is an untamed User in it's natural habitat. The keeper has to be careful to not use too many big words, or technical language, or else the user might get spooked and break everything. They are simple creatures, and have to be dealt with carefully, so as to avoid any further issues." -

Getting on the road to Serbia now...
Getting out while the getting is good, huh?

Just had some Fish Pie for dinner. Now wondering what to do for the rest of my lunch hour (36mins left)
Is Fish pie like a pot pie but with fish? What kind of fish? I'm intrigued
idk if it's the same, but fish pie to me is basically fish and veg in a white creamy sauce with mashed potatoes on top - kind of like a shepherd's pie but from the sea

RE: So we are leaving..............
My point of view: I'm scared.
Yes, no-one knows what will happen, but to be left without any legal support from Brussels on the important issues? That's scary. No forced adaption of the European Convention for Human Rights? Nothing stopping the tories from selling off the NHS/Privatising it/Charging for its use (as many of the main Leave campaigners have openly said/supported)? And that's ignoring the fact the majority of NHS workers are foreign.
It's the Tories that have devastated our NHS through constant cuts, not the EU. The Tories that are getting rid of the NHS-Training bursaries. The Tories that have slashed funding to ALL the emergency services in recent years, the Tories that have overseen the largest closure of cottage hospitals... And now there is nothing stopping them from continuing along that vein.
Markets are more than a bit unstable...I've lost 30% of my pension overnight. Our currency is at the lowest point in ALL the time I've been alive. A campaign of fear and false facts won over reason in my eyes.

RE: What Are You Doing Right Now
Just got home, fairly shitty day...but this one sums it up....
customer has a problem with a printer on a Mac, trying to fix it by removing and reinstalling etc, all the usual stuff. My test print works fine to it from word, but he's trying to print an excel sheet. Not got a clue (and I still hate macs) so tell him I'm going to do some research and is that ok. He says yes....so I look into it, find a few possible solutions, ring him back "Nope, you've run out of time, I have things to do now." - well....it's obviously not that ephin important then is it.

@Kelly Good luck with that.
Thanks. The primary threat to this plan (other than my age and level exercise) is a three year old bundle of energy who has two settings: off and high. Luckily she will sometimes sit in my lap and "help" me play games sometimes.
I kept an old keyboard for just this reason! Nephew on my lap, give him the old keyboard, he hits keys and obviously helps me play games. keeps him happy and occupied :')
