and depending on the goals, 1 day might be enough.

Wow my standard holiday is 1 week in the same city (usually a major one) OR one day in minor cites. But he is moving all around a continent day after day

I've them . 5 years now. My eyes don't bleed anymore and so I spend way more time in front of a screen

The whole idea on this was it's small size, battery life, ports and such for what work I was doing. That job ended yesterday and I start a new job as more of a Desktop / Server tech Monday. So I'll not need the serial port as much as I was needing it previously.

That's the story of my life: I always have the right laptop for my previous job...

I've 1 main screen: 27'' 2k. Another aux screen: an old 19'' hd+.
I'm going to replace the latter with a 23'' full hd.

@gtech yeah the only reason is saturation of resources and scaling out.
rdbs do not scale out easily while front ends do.

What does this part mean? Like their public company site?

I think he means that odoo can host your website in its infra. To let you keep it up with contents. Like a reserved area for customers to check for their docs (invoices, ...)

@Dashrender iot core is free. Iot enterprise needs a licence. Anyway iot stuff usually requires you to activate the first image. Then you clone them.

@dafyre iot enterprise run on anything from x86 to arm both 32 and 64 bit.
I'm testing an instance in an industrial app and it is sold as 100% compatible
With standard win10. And it is in my tests.

Which a lot of people do all of the time. Could you install it as bare metal on a separate host, absolutely. Should you, meh depends on what you need.

You can do the same with ovirt. The gluster layer is for redundancy. In a First lab you can directly put ovirt into a single Vm into a single node.

Just mind you have to put the orchestrator in a special state before node reboot. I didn't figured this out at the time and after the first reboot everything gone nuts.
I Abandoned the idea in favor of virtmanager + vanilla kvm.
