Today I have installed the Xenserver 6.5 at HP Proliant DL160G5 server.I have enabled the thin provisioning while installing OS.But I have installed Xencenter in my VM machine there is no thin provision option is shown.Why?How to enable thin provision?

I have to install the Xenserver 6.5 at Dell server R630 with the two RAID groups.One of the group is RAID1 with 2 * 600GB Hard disk and other RAID5 with 6 * 1.2 TB hard disk.Whether any issues comes while adding the RAID 5 group with xenserver.Any issues come means what kind of the issue will be related to?It is urgent

How to do the migration of the Xenserver?What are the problems may arise in the situation?The xenserver is in production how to handle the situation for the migration process??????

I need to do the migration of the Xenserver 6.5.

I am having local storage and iSCSI storage of 40 GB.

I need to move the machines from Local storage to iSCSI and after that I need to migrate host as well as vm machines given below process

The migration of the process needs to be done in two ways.

1)To migrate datastore VM of host 1 iSCSI LUN to same server.
2)To migrate host 1 to host2 at another server.

After migrating i need to integrate inventory of VM to the new location where I have migrated the VM machines.

How to do this things????

I am having two machines .
1st Machine:
Ubuntu Server installed with Internet Access
Having two NIC ports and having one external IP(162.16.1.6) and one internal IP(162.17.1.150)
External IP has internet access and internet IP is the gateway of the 2nd server.
I have internet from the External IP of machine1

2nd Machine:
Ubuntu Server installed without Internet Access
Having one NIC ports with one IP(162.17.1.151) in the segment.

I need to provide internet from the 1st machine to second machine.

How to do this method by only having IP tables?

I am tried to install the Ubuntu OS in the 250 GB SATA Hard disk and then the OS was not able detect the harddisk.Why?
The harddisk is detected in BIOS.
When I tried to install WIndows OS,the hard disk is detected and then the OS is installed in that harddisk,there is no issue in booting with the WIndows OS

I need to install only the Linux OS in that hard disk.How to do this?
Any procedure to be followed for the installation

Since I spoke many things regarding NIS and NFS,but today i faced the issue in the NIS client machine.
I have given NIS domain name in the Master Server and the slave server ( client) was connected with the Master server.
The slave server is rebooted once but the domain name is not provided in the slave server when i check with the command ypwhich.
Error:ypbind cannot communicate with the master server

I have checked the configuration fully but there is no mistake.When i ping the hostname it is pinging but the slave server is out of domain(eg.test.com)

I have reinstalled the NIS and checked not improvement.
That server has Network Port Issue also.There are 2 NIC cards in that one of the NIC is not workin g.

When I am chatting with the ML,the error shown below comes.Why?

I have installed the Avast Antivirus in the laptop and the laptop has windows 8 OS 64 bit.
My antivirus by installed with the crack key and the it active for last week.
But this week the antivirus was disabled and i try to enable but it was not able to do.
