@thanksajdotcom I got it now it is working.The process is need to change the option into console and then write the IP and password and port number can be seen by choosing the option in the vnc only and after seeing the port number of this process we can use this port or use only username for remote purpose

I need to remote the ubuntu machine from Windows XP.I have downloaded the Kaseya setup KcsSetup.sh and tried to install the agent by the terminal in ubuntu.When I tried to install by the command chmod +x KcsSetup.sh and then followed another command ./KcsSetup.sh.THe second command shows that An Agent with same instant ID is already installed.Why it is showing like that?

192.168.1.145 Subnet:255.255.255.0 Default Gateway:IP of Sonicwall and DNS:8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS 4.2.2.2
