Our Virtual SAN can support 3-way synchronous replication with Hyper-V, VMware or Xen. As mentioned prior, we will install on the hosts providing hyper-convergence and HA between the nodes. We do not require a switch for 3-nodes as we will recommend that they are directly connected to each other. It's a simple and cost effective way to accomplish the clustering that you are looking for.
