Jared at Bundy and Assoc, and Scott at NTG are both ITSP. They can do as much or as little as you want. The one thing they have the hardest time providing is local hands. Of course it's not impossible, just more challenging (I've seen Scott post "looking for local hands in ABC location" several times).

I agree with the others. You start by documenting what you have (and in that effort, create your system of future documentation). Once that's done, then you can triage. Likely I would start with patching the most vulnerable, followed by knowing your licensing state.

Me: The odds of you finding an identical replacement for a 10 year old device are slim to none. Better approach would be determine desired features, set a price point, and go shopping.

Yay! On High has approved the purchase of an Edge Router Lite. Our ASA days are numbered.

Just had to explain to folks that a problem with software on a user's personal computer on their home network is beyond the scope of our support.

Friday night maintenance has been scheduled for Edge Router Lite deployments. The era of the ASA is coming to an end.

Joining the server administration team for the corporate office of Pruitt Health. They're a VMware / Hyper-V environment, so it's a chance for me to get experience with something new (VMware).
