Had some chicken wings and grilled okra last night. Garden fresh veggies are the best. They're even better with some curry oil and grill marks.
Curry oil:
1 tsp curry powder (I use xtra hot, use your fave)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
3-4 Tbsp olive oilWhisk everything together in a small bowl, cover and let sit for a day. Whisk again, then brush onto vegetables (okra, squash, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, or anything you can grill). Grill over high heat, then lightly salt before serving.

BBQ. Frito pie with brisket, jalepenos, pickles, onions, sour cream, and tobasco sauce
-
Gonna make some jalapeno poppers (cheddar/cream cheese/bacon) and grill more veggies.
-
@rojoloco Those sound great

No lunch for me, no time.

Just a salad for me.

Qdoba... I could literally eat there 3-4 times a week. Love that place.

It's classified as Mexican, although it's unlike most of the other Mexican joints in my area. It's comparable to a Chipotle Grill if you're more familiar with that franchise. I've eaten at Chipotle though and I much rather prefer Qdoba.
