Grits for breakfast, just a little salt, and butter in them. Turkey Sandwiches for lunch (homemade with horseradish sauce and swiss cheese on them) Spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs for supper. Yes I am on my diet.

It's a salad bar on the manager's social hour at the hotel today. So waiting for that to start.
